How to Practice These Affirmations

Daily consistent practice multiplies the gratitude in your life. Try these ideas to step up your gratitude game. 

1 Repeat the affirmation out loud to yourself when you get up in the morning. Then use the affirmation 2 or 3 times during the day. 
2. Put the affirmation on an index card and keep it with you. That way you won’t forget it. Plus every time you feel a dip in your energy or gratitude take out the card and repeat the affirmation at least three times.
3. Challenge yourself to work through each one of these affirmations over the next couple of weeks. And create 4 of your own to round out the two-week challenge!
